   Усі принти, ілюстрації, тексти, фотографії, 3D-моделі та оформлення цього сайту створені для YABACH4U і є об'єктами авторського права. Вони належать бренду й охороняються законом України «Про авторське право і суміжні права» та міжнародними договорами.All prints, illustrations, texts, photographs, 3D models and the design of this site were created for YABACH4U and are protected by copyright. They belong to the brand and are protected under Ukrainian copyright law and international treaties.

   Купуючи річ, ви купуєте саму річ, а не право на зображення. Носити, дарувати, перепродати свою футболку — будь ласка. Друкувати принт на іншому одязі, продавати його, використовувати в комерційній рекламі чи видавати за своє — ні.Buying a piece means buying the piece, not the artwork. Wear it, gift it, resell your own tee — that is fine. Printing the artwork on other garments, selling it, using it in commercial advertising or passing it off as your own — that is not.

3. Як працює замовленняHow ordering works

   Кожна річ друкується під замовлення — складу ми не тримаємо. Тому виготовлення займає 1–3 робочі дні, і лише після цього посилка вирушає до вас.Every piece is printed to order — we hold no stock. Production takes 1–3 working days, and only then does the parcel ship.

   Ціни вказані в гривнях і включають усі податки. Остаточну суму замовлення рахує сервер за цінами з нашої бази на момент оформлення — саме вона є дійсною, навіть якщо на екрані з якоїсь причини відображалося інше число.Prices are in hryvnia and include all taxes. The final order total is calculated on our server from our own database at the moment of checkout — that figure is the binding one, even if a different number appeared on screen.

   Замовлення вважається прийнятим, коли ви отримали лист із його номером. Ми можемо скасувати замовлення, якщо річ неможливо виготовити або якщо ціну було вказано з очевидною помилкою — у такому разі ми повідомимо вас і повернемо гроші, якщо оплата вже пройшла.An order is accepted once you receive an email with its number. We may cancel an order if the piece cannot be produced or if a price was listed with an obvious error — in that case we will notify you and refund any payment already made.

4. Промокоди та знижкиPromo codes and discounts

   Промокод застосовується один на замовлення і не сумується з іншими знижками. Він діє до зазначеної дати та на ті речі, для яких створений; на гроші не обмінюється. Промокод, отриманий за гру на сайті, — особистий і одноразовий: один код на пристрій за визначений період. Ми можемо скасувати код або замовлення з ним, якщо код отримано в обхід правил (скрипти, підробка результату гри, масове отримання кодів).One promo code per order; codes don't combine with other discounts. A code is valid until the stated date and for the pieces it was created for; it can't be exchanged for money. A code earned in the on-site game is personal and single-use: one code per device per set period. We may cancel a code, or an order using it, if the code was obtained by bypassing the rules (scripts, faking the game result, mass claiming).

5. Повернення та обмінReturns and exchange

   У вас є 14 днів з дня отримання, щоб повернути річ або обміняти розмір, якщо річ не носили, не прали і збережено бирки та товарний вигляд. Це право передбачено Законом України «Про захист прав споживачів».You have 14 days from delivery to return a piece or exchange a size, provided it is unworn, unwashed and the tags and original condition are intact. This right is granted by Ukrainian consumer protection law.

   Обмін розміру — за наш рахунок. При поверненні без причини пересилання оплачує покупець. Якщо річ прийшла з дефектом або не тією, пересилання в обидва боки оплачуємо ми.Size exchange is on us. For a return without cause, the buyer covers shipping. If a piece arrives faulty or incorrect, we cover shipping both ways.

6. Кольори й фотографіїColours and photography

   Ми знімаємо речі при денному світлі й не змінюємо кольори принтів у ретуші. Але екрани передають колір по-різному, а тканина має власну фактуру — невелика відмінність відтінку між фотографією та річчю можлива і не є дефектом.We photograph pieces in daylight and do not retouch print colours. Screens render colour differently and fabric has its own texture, so a slight difference in shade between the photo and the piece is possible and is not a defect.

   3D-примірка на сайті — приблизна візуалізація, а не точна модель посадки. Вона показує, як принт розташований на речі, але не замінює розмірну сітку.The 3D try-on is an approximate visualisation, not an exact fit model. It shows where the print sits, but does not replace the size chart.

7. ВідповідальністьLiability

   Ми відповідаємо за річ, яку зробили: за якість друку, тканини й пошиття. Ми не відповідаємо за строки самої пошти, за пошкодження посилки перевізником та за наслідки неправильного догляду за річчю — умови прання вказані на бирці й на сторінці товару.We are responsible for the piece we made: print quality, fabric and stitching. We are not responsible for the carrier's timing, for damage caused in transit, or for the results of incorrect care — washing instructions are on the label and on the product page.

8. Зміни умовChanges to these terms

   Ми можемо оновлювати ці умови — наприклад, коли з'явиться онлайн-оплата. Дата останнього оновлення вказана вгорі. До вашого замовлення застосовується та редакція умов, яка діяла на момент оформлення.We may update these terms — for example when online payment goes live. The date of the last update is shown above. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.

9. Право та спориLaw and disputes

   До цих умов застосовується право України. Спори ми завжди спершу намагаємося вирішити листуванням — напишіть нам, і майже все вирішується за день.These terms are governed by Ukrainian law. We always try to resolve disputes by correspondence first — write to us, and almost everything is settled within a day.
